Mr. James Daniel Hyatt, Jr., age 69, of Copperhill, TN passed away on August 15, 2015. Born in Copperhill, TN, he was the son of the late James Daniel, Sr., and Isabella Deal Hyatt. Mr. Hyatt had worked for number of years for the Tennessee Chemical Company as a Water Treatment Operator. He was also preceded in death by two siblings, Phyllis Falls and Bobby Hyatt.

Survivors include his children, Janlyn Y, Hyatt of Blue Ridge, Jamison D. Hyatt and wife, Sheryl Hyatt of Copperhill, TN, and Charlcia A. Hyatt of the home; brothers and sister-in-laws, Roger D. and Carol Hyatt, Rick Hyatt, Walter and Jo Ann Hyatt, and Ralph Hyatt all of Copperhill, TN; sister, Karen Stillwell of Copperhill, TN; grandchild, Samuel J. Hyatt of Copperhill, TN; brother-in-law, Don Falls of Copperhill, TN.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Roger Hyatt officiating. Interment will follow in the Hyatt Family Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Jamison Hyatt, Rodney Hyatt, Rick Hyatt, Ralph Hyatt, Roger Hyatt and Walter Hyatt. Samuel J. Hyatt will serve as an honorary pallbearer. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday evening from 5-9 p.m. For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made to Charlcia A.
