Opinion by George McClellan:

An interesting article in Red State today (7/20/15) points out the obvious, the US Attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee, Bill Killian, is an apologist for Islam especially the depredations caused by Islamic Jihadists in the United States. Killian is bending himself over backward trying to minimize the Chattanooga murders by Abdulazeez and justify them as a simple case of “Domestic Terrorism”. Naturally, the FBI must walk in lock step with the US Attorney’s decisions and focus their considerable investigative talents on finding reasonable excuses to redefine the undefinable, minimize the shock and re-educate us in progressive thought control.

The Red State article informs us that Bill Killian has a demonstrable history favoring Islam in the Chattanooga community with public statements saying that any anti-muslim speech should be prosecuted as “hate speech” and punished under US Civil Rights laws. The threat, as we are learning, has already been manifested to us by the IRS as dire truths.

We see the IRS, now a political law enforcement arm of the Obama Administration, using the hammer of the tax code to punish those whom our alleged president does not favor. Where is the GOP majority congress in addressing these issues? Why, holding hearings, squandering time, begging for cooperation all while the clock runs out on the Obama administration’s depredations against America. When he is finally gone will his odious programs remain as law or will they be swept away as the unconstitutional anti-American crap there were when they were instituted by his fiat Executive Orders?

If this behavior by government agencies gone rouge, like the IRS and DOJ, goes unchecked we can expect more and more intrusive violations of our actual real American citizenship and constitutional rights by unelected bureaucrats and unanswerable agencies. This is unadorned, complete fascism.

Killian wants to educate Americans on Islam. Well, we’re getting an education sure enough and it doesn’t fit Bill Killian’s scenario. Killian will be pushed into a corner if he fumbles this investigation. We recognize Islamic Terrorism when we see it and it is not domestic, it is an act of war. If he wants to punish Americans for Anti-Islamic hate speech, he should start with Internet Bloggers.

I really believe in the First Amendment, especially on freedom of religion. No where in that short paragraph however, can I lay my finger on the line that demands a “separation of church and state”. What does appear, is: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise there of…”

Okay, so why would Bill Killian threaten citizens with the dire consequences of law for engaging in constitutionally protected “hate speech”. Who defines hate speech, Bill Killian? Where is it to be found in the constitution? No where but in Progressive’s dreams. On the contrary, freedom of expression is in the constitution where it can easily be found.

We’re back to the issues I talk about often, political correctness. That’s not in the constitution either but we all seem to practice it like the sheeple they want us to be. Political correctness is the scheme of collectivized thought control used by the democrat party to hammer the rest of us into compliance.

I like this quote from the Red State article: “anyone who believes any statement any American says about any religion is subject to prosecution should not be allowed out of a locked cellar. That belief and anyone who holds it are not reconcilable with the American system of government, though they fit in very well under sharia and the concept of dhimmitude.” I hope they can wait until our side takes charge. We can redefine words too to fit our political prospective. It could be painful for Progressives.

This is Obama’s dream. This is the America Obama envisions. If he ever manages to take our guns, our last and only constitutional method of relief, then all is indeed lost. Remember, freedom is the goal, the Constitution is the way. Now, go get ‘em! (20 July 2015)
