Mrs. Nellie Grace Hudson Smith: Obituary

Mrs. Nellie Grace Hudson Smith, age 90, of Turtletown, TN passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2015. Mrs. Smith was born in Glemsford, England to the late Henry Lewis James Hudson and Lilly Porter Hudson. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed being a homemaker and taking care of her family.

She is survived by her husband, Willis (Barney) Smith of the home; children, Stephen J. (Debbie) Smith of Turtletown, TN, Beverley (Terry) Humberd of Newport, TN; sister, Joyce Sergeant of Clare, England; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, June 18th at 2:00 p.m. from the Croft’s Chapel United Methodist Church with Rev. Les Coomer, Rev. Renny Whittenbarger and Rev. Bob Hamilton officiating. Music will be by Elizabeth Hurley and Janice Reid. Pallbearers include, Ken Wooten, Glen Hughes, Ronald Martin, Joe Ballew, Johnny Smith and Doug Smith. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
