Merciers Childrens Bakery Class Announcement

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day by baking a Rainbow Cake. Children will work hands on with bakery professionals to make a rainbow cake from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., treats that they can take home and eat! They will also experience behind the scenes access to the Mercier Orchards bakery in an exclusive tour! Mercier’s baking classes are a hands on opportunity to help expose children to the following concepts: Teamwork, weights & measurements, different textures, colors, & flavors. Cooking and preparation and introduce new motor skills: Whipping & kneading The class is open to kids ages 6-12. The cost is $25 per child. Additional bakers are $20 each.
