Daily Prayer – March 12

Philippians 1:4-6. “In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” Dear Lord of our lives, we praise You for the people You have placed in our paths. In the church they are our partners in the work of the Kingdom. Their faithfulness is an encouragement to us. Thank You for the shared ministry that You have given to us.

We pray today for pastors, teachers, youth and children’s workers, and all who have responsibilities in our churches. Give our pastors the boldness to apply the good news of the gospel to our communities. May our teachers stimulate their students to have a passion for biblical knowledge. Help those who work with youth and children to open the truths of the Bible to them so that they may have a clear way in which to walk. Bless those who serve in the many other capacities in the church with joy and fruits for their labor. In the name of Jesus who is the Head of the Church we pray.

Amen.
