Daily Prayer: January 14, 2015

“They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.” Psalm 126:5O Lord most Holy, help us to realize the importance of today as it relates to our lives in the future. What we sow today we will reap tomorrow. May we not be dismayed with the difficulties in sowing for we know that a time of reaping will come which will be with joy. In our homes may we plant the seeds of love; in our work help us to sow the seeds of integrity; in our social relationships may we plant the seeds of trust. For tomorrow’s sake help us to be what we ought to be today: through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Amen.
