Melissa Cooley King, age 57 of Mineral Bluff, passed away Saturday, January 3, 2015 at her home.Ms. King was born May 30, 1957 in Atlanta, GA to the late George W. Cooley III and June Floyd Cooley. She was a Christian in faith and a very creative and artistic person. She enjoyed crafting and collecting things.
Survivors include her mother, June Floyd Cooley, two daughters, Sherry (Dustin) Nicholson and Amanda King, grandson, Isaac Paonessa, granddaughter, Izzy Paonessa and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will be hosting a celebration of life service on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at 11:00 am at Mrs. June Cooley’s residence. If anyone would like to attend you may contact the family or you may call the funeral home for details.
