“…now it is high time to awake out of sleep.” Romans 13:11
O Gracious Father, the eyes of our Country are heavy and we are falling asleep unaware of the decadence that is taking place. Cause us to realize that it is high time to awake out of our slumber for time is running out. Help us as individuals to see the danger of eyes closed to spiritual truths. There are times when we are blinded to the vital issues of life and we wander about complacently.
Awake us out of this deathly sleep with whatever it takes to do so. Guide us this day with your tenderness. Help this person who reads this prayer to be awake and alive unto you through Christ our Lord.
