The Fannin County middle and High School special education departments attended the Special Olympics Basketball Skills Day at Gilmer High School. The middle school competition was won Team Hope who finished with 104 points, who “tied” with Team Thrasher from Clear Creek Middle School (101). Fannin Middle, Team Walden, finished second (96) and Clear Creek, Team Hensley finished third. Gilmer High School won with 102 points with Fannin County finishing second with 90 points.
