Lisa Dawn Henderson Queen, age 51 of Epworth, GA passed away on Saturday, December 6, 2014.She was born on Thursday, April 4, 1963 in Atlanta, GA, to the late Charles Talmadge and Joann Parker Henderson. Lisa was a homemaker, a board member and supporter of the Women’s Enrichment Center. She was of the Christian Faith.
Survivors are her husband of twenty-seven years, William Queen of the home; daughters, Hannah Leigh Queen of Epworth, GA and Sarah Ann (Ben) Dockery of Blairsville, GA and son, William “Hayden” Queen of Epworth, GA.
Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins of Blue Ridge Chapel with the Rev. Chris Scoggins officiating. Music will be by Matthew Scoggins. Pallbearers will be Ben Dockery, Stephen Dockery, Matthew Scoggins, Mark Carlton, Chris Foster and Eric Foster. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday evening, December 8, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Women’s Enrichment Center, P.O.
