So soon do we forget the marvelous things that you do for us, our Father. You have redeemed us from the jaws of hell, provided our every need, sustained us when the going was rough, and lifted us to a higher plane of living. Forgive us when we forget. Although yesterday’s faith is not sufficient for today, it is the foundation on which you can work. Help us to have a vital faith brought about by daily communion with you in the practicing of your presence. Warm our cold, cold hearts with the fire of faith that remembers and abides.
Grant that we may abide in you and that your Word shall abide in us through Christ-the Miracle Worker.
