Blue Ridge City Police Capture Carwash Coin Thieves

Blue Ridge City Police captured two men involved in what appears to be a series of burglaries at both locations of Joe’s Car Wash. The alleged thieves were booked into the Fannin County Jail on Monday, August 18.

According to Blue Ridge City Police Captain Robert Stewart, both locations of Joe’s Car Wash had been repeatedly burglarized (approximately 6 times) over the last 12 months.

The thieves opened the coin banks at the business and emptied them out undetected. Until, that is, they were caught by a officers Michael Green and Justin Ware.
