New Senior Independent Living Center to be built off Highway 515 in Blue Ridge

A new 54 complex independent living facility will be built on a 10 acre tract located across from Ingles grocery store just off Highway 515.
The building is to be completed by the end of the year.

The structure will consist of separate apartments for residents over 76 years of age.

According to Jerry Braden of the Braden Group, the building will be three stories high, contain two elevators, and include a 2,000 square foot club house. Each apartment will have 2 bedrooms.

Braden said the group had closed on the property and plans to complete the framing of the building by October.
