Mrs. Bessie Ann Holloway, age 73 of Cherry Log, GA passed away on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at home.She was born on Tuesday, June 3, 1941 to the late William Herbert and Eddie Lee Morris Gilliam. Mrs. Holloway retired as an upholsterer from Taylor and Jones Manufacturing. She was a member of Boardtown Church of Christ.

Survivors are her husband, Romaine Holloway of Cherry Log, GA; brothers, Bill Gilliam of Canton, GA and James Gilliam of Buford, GA; sisters, Mary Adams of Blue Ridge, GA and Margaret Bennett of Powder Springs, GA; a host of nieces and nephews also survive.

A memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, July 19, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. from the Boardtown Church Of Christ with the Min. Johnny Mackey, Min. Tommy Kyle and Rev. Delmar Davenport officiating. Congregational singing will be led by Johnny Bearden.

The family will receive friends at Boardtown Church of Christ on Saturday, July 19, 2014 from 2:00 p.m. until the service time of 3:00 p.m. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.akinsfuneralhome.com.
