After public scrutiny, the new Fannin BOA is getting on track. After public comments a few weeks ago the BOA realized some things that needed to be done in order to correctly follow the law. One of these things where appointing a secretary and informing the public better.

To open the latest meeting Chairman Lane Bishop and the board appointed a new secretary before going into the weekly report.
