Nora Belle Ledford : Obituary

Mrs. Nora Belle Harrison Ledford, age 83, of Mineral Bluff, GA passed away Monday, May 26, 2014 at her home.She was born in Fannin County on May 8, 1931 to the late Arthur Harrison and Ethel Thomas Harrison. She was a member of Union Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband Eugene “Sonny” Ledford; and her brothesr, Earl Harrison, Elmer Harrison and W.A. Harrison; two sisters, Marie Harrison Caylor and Othella Harrison Ray.

She is survived by her children, Roy Lee (Lori) Ledford, Michael Joe (Tammy) Ledford, Terry Gene (Darlene) Ledford, Randy Lynn (Patty) Ledford; Dwayne Stephen Ledford; one sister, Maudie Wrider; 7 grandchildren, Tony Ledford, Jamey Ledford, Tracy Earley, Tonya Taylor, Tina Greene, Carrie Carroll, April Ledford; and 8 great grandchildren, Blake Carroll, Seth Taylor, Connor Ledford, Tiffany Greene, Breanna Carroll, Willie Greene, Shelby Ledford, and Madelyn Earley.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, May 29, 2014 at 4:00 p.m.from the Akins of Blue Ridge Chapel with Rev. Doyle Davis officiating. Music will be by the A.C. Caylor family. Pallbearers will be Tony Ledford, Roy Ledford, Mike Ledford, Terry Ledford, Randy Ledford, and Dwayne Ledford. Interment will follow in the Salem #2 Church Cemetery.
