On February 18, five junior and senior 4-H members delivered Valentine cards and tissue flowers that they had made for the nursing home residents. After visiting with the nursing home residents, the group went to Papa’s Pizza for good fellowship and food.
Community Service is an important part of 4-H. Through community service projects 4-H members develop life skills in sharing, empathy, volunteering, service learning, and being a responsible citizen.
