Mountain Education Charter High School in Fannin held a “Landing a Job” panel on Thursday, February 20th. Mr. Lee Dittman, Dairy Queen Director of Operations, and Mr. Cesar Martinez, owner of Blue Ridge Adventure Wear spoke to the students about the essentials of looking for a job. They covered the importance of first impressions, filling out an application, job interviews and what an employer expects from an employee. In addition to helping students complete their high school diploma, MEC is committed to helping students seek employment and pursue higher education. The students found the panel most informative!
