David Lenore Hughes, age 83 of Farner, TN passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2013.Dave was born in Polk County to the late William Andrew and Delsie Mae Marr Hughes. He was retired in construction working as a heavy equipment operator with the Operating Engineers Union # 917. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lennie Hughes, son, Bill Hughes and grandson Joey Goforth.
He is survived by daughters, Mona Lisa Goforth of Reliance, TN and Teresa West of Tellico Plains, TN; brother, Ray Hughes of Dixon, TN; sister, Mary Jane Montgomery of Ducktown, TN;grandchildren, David Freeman, Ramona Price, Aaron Hughes and Daniel Price; four great-grandchildren.
