The Akins Funeral Home of Copperhill announces funeral services for Mrs. Mary Lou Prince, age 97, of Copperhill, TN who passed away Friday, November 8, 2013.Mrs. Prince was born in Polk County to the late Robert Edward and Nancy Fair Craig Harris. She was a member of the Harris Chapel Church of God. She was a homemaker, loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Prince, sons, Lonnie Prince, Bill Prince, E.L.Prince, grandsons, Christopher Pittman and Kenny Allen Prince, brothers, Willard, Fritz, Archie, Norman, William and Charles Harris and sister, Mattie Owenby.

She is survived by son, Ted Prince of Copperhill, TN; daughters-in-law, Carolyn Prince of Copperhill, TN, Rhonda Prince of Copperhill, TN, Lina Prince of Blue Ridge, GA, Pat Prince of Copperhill, TN; brother, Corky Harris of Copperhill, TN; Thirteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; eleven great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, November 10th at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins of Copperhill Chapel with Rev. Ricky Harris officiating. Music will be by Carolyn Prince and Katina Drummond. Pallbearers include Darris Mealer, Trevor Prince, Nathan Harris, Brandon Drummond, Bobby Owenby and Dewey Owenby. Interment will follow in the Bethlehem cemetery.
