Terence “Terry” Pittman : Obituary

Mr. Terence Dwight Pittman, better known as “Terry”, age 56 of Mineral Bluff, GA passed away October 8, 2013.Born in Fannin County, GA he was the son of the late Billy and Amelia Thomas Pittman. He had worked for a number of years for the Dillard Smith Electric Company as a Lineman. He was a member of the Salem Baptist Church and was an avid cattleman.

Survivors include his wife, Fran Pittman of Mineral Bluff, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Tony and Beverly Pittman of Mineral Bluff, GA; sister, Sharon Pittman of Blue Ridge, GA and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, October 13, at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Pittman and Rev. Tommy Bell officiating. Music will be provided by the Caylor Family. Interment will follow in the Copper Ridge Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday evening from 6-9 p.m. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.akinsfuneralhome.com.
