Nellie Ann Padgett : Obituary

Mrs. Nellie Ann Padgett, age 92, of Copperhill, TN passed away Friday, August 23, 2013 in the Lifecare Center of Ducktown.Mrs. Padgett was a native of Polk County, TN and was a Homemaker. She was a member of the Isabella Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rufus and Essie Della Mary Ann Jenkins Morgan and her husband, Isaac Coleman Padgett and son-in-law, Rev. Buddy Suit.

She is survived by children, Ron (Linda) Padgett of Pisgah Forest, NC, Don (Linda) Padgett of Isabella, TN, Katherine Suit of McCaysville, GA and Colleene (Sherwood) Mackey of Brevard, NC; eleven grandchildren; twenty one great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, August 25th at 4:00 p.m. from the Akins of Copperhill Chapel with Rev. Don Padgett officiating, assisted by family members. Music will be by the Isabella Baptist Church Children & Youth and The Hayes Family Singers. Pallbearers include Shane Mackey, Eric Padgett, Chris Padgett, Andy Padgett, Chase Reinhardt and Jonathan Newton. Honorary pallbearers include Sherwood Mackey, Travis Sinard, Rick Harper and Will Suit. Interment will follow in the Morgan Family Cemetery in Springtown, TN Monday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Steve Ware officiating.
