Mrs. Jacqueline Anne Arp, age 81 of Mineral Bluff, GA passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2013, at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, TN. She was born on Tuesday, October 20, 1931 in Copperhill, TN and was a granddaughter of the late Otis Mitchell and mother Lillian Mitchell Williams. Mrs. Arp was a retired employee of Fannin County Board of Education in the lunchroom. She was a member of Williamstown United Methodist Church. Mrs. Arp was a Pink Lady at Fannin Regional Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Arp and brother, Donnie Arp.
Surviving are sons, Dirk Arp of Blue Ridge, GA, Ray Arp of Knoxville, TN and David Arp of Morris Plains, NJ: daughter, Debbie Pfitzer of Ringgold, GA,: brother, Joe Williams of Epworth, GA,: sister, Janice Beeler of McCaysville, GA; sister-in-law, Sarah Arp of Epworth, GA; twelve grandchildren and fourteen great -grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at conducted on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. from the Williamstown United Methodist Church with the Pastor Leslie Daniels and Rev. Carl Ware, Jr. officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday evening, June 24, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
