FCHS FFA Holds Annual Recycling Project

The Fannin County High School FFA chapter sponsored their annual Caring Together About the Environment (CTAE) plastic bottle recycling project during the months of April and May. Each CTAE teacher was given a recycling bin and asked to collect plastic bottles during each month. The teacher with the most bottles was awarded $25.00 to be used in their classrooms. Mrs. Emmie Allmon’s business education classes won both months and Mrs. Dani Quintrell’s cosmetology classes placed 2nd both months. The total bottles recycled were over 2000 bottles. Thank you to all the teachers who participated in the community project.
