Mrs. Norma Ruth White, age 88, of Blue Ridge, GA, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2013, at Heritage Health Care of Blue Ridge in Blue Ridge, GA. Mrs. White was born in Fannin County to the late Ervin and Wilma Maude Forrester Farmer. She was a member of the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church. She is also preceded in death by her husband James Earl White; son, Lloyd White; granddaughter, Sue Ann White and one brother; Robert Farmer.
She is survived by two Daughters, Linda Richards, Blue Ridge, GA and Carolyn and husband Robert E. Jr. Lee of Woodstock, GA; two Brothers, Fred Farmer of Forest Park, GA and Reed Farmer of Dalton, GA; five Grand Children, three Great-Grand Children and three Great Great Grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be conducted Sunday March, 31, at 3:00 p.m. from the Akins Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Glen Collis officiating. Music will be provided by Willie Jr. and Pauline White. Interment will follow in the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday evening from 6-9 p.m.
