Dispatched to the above location for the report of a structure fire, first arriving units found that all the occupants were evacuated from the building. And requested law enforcement for traffic & crowd control. the fire was in the kitchen on stove top and sprinkler had activated and ext the fire. Used exhaust fan to remove smoke from the apartment. Documented statement giving by occupant of the apartment. All units returned to service.

Dispatched to the above location for the report of a structure fire. Arrived on scene to find 2 story residential structure (Duplex) with heavy smoke showing from all sides. Closed down Hwy 60 due to structure location for responder safety and requested Law Enforcement for traffic and crowd control. Deployed 2- 1 3/4″ attack-lines and 1 3″ attack-line. Performed search on main floor and second floor. Confirmed all clear on residence. Obtained positive water supply from hydrant directly across the street. Located the seat of the fire in main floor bathroom and extinguished it, along with all fire extension to adjacent rooms and ceiling. Began salvage and overhaul operations and confirmed all fire was out before leaving the residence. Red Cross was requested for rehab and displaced families. Local utility companies were notified due to heat exposure to lines. Obtained Right to Re-enter from both families and returned to service.
