FCHS FFA Senior Poultry Evaluation CDE Team Places in Competition

The Fannin County High School FFA Poultry Evaluation Career Development Event Teams place in area competition.
The FCHS FFA Senior Poultry Evaluation CDE Team placed 5th out of 20 teams and the junior team placed 11th out of 20 teams in the area 1 competition which was held on February 11 at Murray County High School. The teams had to grade both interior and exterior eggs, grade ready to cook carcasses, evaluate further processed poultry both boneless and bone in, parts id, broiler selection and layer selection. Sr. team members David Roberson placed 9th out of 79 contestants and Hunter Patterson placed 11th. Other team members were Tyler Messer and Jake Davis. The junior team members are Katie Patterson, Daniel Davis, Seth Davis and Ben Poole.
