Lora Lee Lay : Obituary

Mrs. Lora Lee Lay, age 86, of Blue Ridge, GA passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2013 in the Heritage Health Care Center in Blue Ridge, GA. Mrs. Lay was born in Cincinnati, OH on April 15, 1926 to the late Charles Hudgens and Ruby Johnson Hudgens. She was of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by her husband James Buford “J.B.” Lay.

She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Michael and Igeborg Lay of Hopewell, VA, and James Stanley Lay; and sisters, Evelyn Humphry of Madison, OH and Lyndal Atkins of Atlanta, GA. Mrs. Lay was cremated and interred in College Park Cemetery in College Park, GA. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.akinsfuneralhome.com.
