Mrs. Patricia Joan Queen, 80 of Blue Ridge, Georgia died on Friday, November 9, 2012, at her home in Blue Ridge, Georgia.
Born Wednesday, September 28, 1932 in Sam Springs, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Eskew and the late Alley Downing Eskew. She was a member of McCaysville Church of God.
Surviving are sons and daughters-in-law, Donald and Cindy Queen, Thomas L and Janelle Queen, Troy and Peggy Queen, Ronald and Chris Queen and Ray and Sue Galloway, daughters and sons-in-law, Patricia and David Smith, Deborah and Dwayne Krogol and Christine and Mike Kowaleski; 21 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, November 12, at 1:00 Pm from the McCaysville Church of God with Pastor Steve Lamb and Pastor Tony Stallings officiating. Music will be by Bev Whitmore and Dwayne Housley. Pallbearers will be Christopher, Kevin, Randy, Timmy, and Aaron Queen, Jesse Krogol and Robert Kowaleski. Interment will follow in the Galloway Family Cemetery. The family will meet with friends at the funeral home Saturday and Sunday evenings. Akins Funeral Home of Blue Ridge in charge of the arrangements.
