Julian Marshall Wilson, age 71, of Copperhill, TN passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2012. Mr. Wilson was born October 26, 1940 to Luther T. and Mary (Molly) Wilson. He was preceded in death by sisters, Lois Goble, Inez Crenshaw, Mildred Sparks, Charlotte Gibson, Vera Sue Wilson, Janet Wilson; brothers, Bill, L.T., Roy, Jack & Johnny Wilson.
He is survived by wife, Betty McFarland Wilson of Copperhill, TN; son, Tim Wilson and companion Sherry Ruth of Old Fort, TN; Step son, Marion (Lisa) McFarland; Daughters, Denise Wilson and companion Curtis Shook of Cleveland, TN and Tania Davis and husband Allen of Benton, TN; sisters & brother-in-laws, Frances & Willard Couch and Barbara & Bob Kyle, all of Benton, TN; Nina & Spence Prichard of Cleveland, TN; mother of his children, Margaret (Peggy) Wilson of Ocoee, TN. Grandchildren, Brandon Davis, Alicia(Caleb)Baugh and Josh McFarland.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, June 22nd at 3:00 p.m. from the Akins of Copperhill Chapel with Rev. Tully Griggs, Rev. Paul Wehunt and Rev. Brent Carter officiating. Pallbearers include Jackie Prince, Ralph Grice, Tim Ledford, Steve Stuart, Jerry Boyer and Frankie Hyatt. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Hill cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
