St. Luke’s Easter Egg Hunt in Blue Ridge, GA

It was a warm sunny day for an Easter Egg Hunt and this was the 16th year St. Luke’s has hosted this event. The event was held in downtown Blue Ridge at the Church yard and hosted approximately 120 excited children. The “hunting” began at 1pm signaled by a bell and the children scattered quickly to search for eggs. One thousand real eggs and the same number plastic eggs were hidden with over 300 prizes awarded.

Following the egg hunt children were welcomed into the Church for refreshments and prize awards.
St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, a traditional Anglican church declaring the whole counsel of God’s Word, is located at 7 Ewing St., across from the Blue Ridge Kiwanis Club Fairgrounds and Community Centre.
