Fetch Fitness Challenge: Week 14

How fast this year has flown by! We are already into week 14 of the 52 Weeks Of Fetch Fitness Challenge. Brian K. Pritchard has been open to the community in sharing his journey of improving his overall fitness and health.

By improving his fitness and health he is decreasing the likelihood of developing diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease.
For a few weeks Brian struggled with a plateau. After a few tough weeks he finally broke through the plateau.
Brian spoke to Amy Woodring, owner of Ellijay Fitness Center about his journey since breaking through the plateau. Brian shares with Amy his hectic schedule. All though Brian is able to maintain healthy nutrition he often struggles with getting in the gym after late nights of covering local politics and sporting events.

The video below is of Amy shares with us the importance of the gym and how Ellijay Fitness Center can help you make the most of your time at the gym.
