Rev. Glenn Rollins Buchanan, age 79, of Copperhill, TN passed away March 5, 2012 at his home. Rev. Buchanan was born February 25, 1933 in Polk County, TN to the late Daniel Buchanan and the late Mamie Ross Buchanan. He was a member of Copperhill Church of God, and was a Minster in the Tri State Area for over forty years. Glenn enjoyed watching the Tennessee Football Team.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and wife, Judith Faye Buchanan.
Survivors include: daughter, Stacy (David) Dailey, daughter, Glenda (Eddie) Rayborn, son, Joey (Missy) Buchanan, daughter, Patty (Jim) Heaton; grandchildren, Zach Rayborn, Joey Buchanan, Jessica (Justin) Hurd, Ryan Dailey, Ashley (Brett) Curtis, and Lexie Rayborn; great grandchildren, Maddox Dailey, and Brayden Curtis, and special friend Chesney Redmond.
Funeral services: Friday, March 9, 2012 at 2:00 pm at the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in McCaysville Church of God Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening, March 8, 2012 from 6-9:00 P.M.
