Longtime leading Republican voice, Joe McCutchen said yesterday he would endorse both 9th District Congressional candidate Hunter Bicknell and current Appalachian Circuit District Attorney Joe Hendricks.
“I would proudly endorse both of these great men,” McCutchen said yesterday in a lunch-in at Poole’s Barbeque, owned by Oscar Poole, who is also a big republican supporter. McCutchen added he would fully endorse Bicknell in his next newsletter.
So far also in the 9th District Congressional race are Rep. Doug Collins (R-Gainesville), Conservative Talk Show Host Martha Zoller, Community Development International CEO Clifton McDuffie, and White County Principal Robert Fitzpatrick who most recently announced his candidacy on Friday, February 10th.
Also in the District Attorney race are former Superior Court Judge Harry Doss and attorney Alison Sosebee.
