Ruth M Baker, age 86 of Murphy, passed away February 23, 2012 at Clay County Care Center. Mrs. Baker was born January 30, 1926 in Murphy, NC to the late Roscoe Morgan and the late Dora Deavers Morgan. She was preceded in death by daughter, Ora Bell Baker, son, William Oliver Baker.

Survivors include: husband, Lloyd Baker Sr., son, Lloyd Baker Jr., son, Jimmy Baker, son, Lawerence Allen Baker, daughter Wanda Baker Hendry.
