Brian K. Pritchard, CEO of fetchyournews.com, embarked on the Fetch Fitness Challenge in January. The challenge was the by product of Pritchard being diagnosed as a diabetic and being advised to begin a diet and exercise regimen by his doctor.
Pritchard’s first weigh in was at Ellijay Fitness Center, the official Fetch Fitness Challenge gym of Gilmer County. Pritchard’s weight was 256 lbs. To see his new weight, check out the video below. His arms measured 15 inches, his chest and waist both measured 46 inches, and he had a body fat of 37.3% and a BMI (Body Mass Index) of 42.6.
Pritchard has steadily lost weight, and now boasts arms that measure 12.5 inches, two and half inches less than his original measurement. His chest has shrunk three inches to 43 inches. He has lost four and half inches off his waistline to measure 41.5 inches. His body fat has decreased to 30.8%, almost seven full percentage points. His BMI has decreased 3.2% to 39.80.
FYN would like to offer congratulations to Brian K. Pritchard for staying with his program and encouraging the community to take part in the Fetch Fitness Challenge.
