Frank Edward Clore : Obituary

Mr. Frank Edward Clore, age 59, of Chatsworth, GA passed away February 21, 2012 in the Murray Medical Center. He was born in Copperhill, TN on October 13, 1952. He was a member of the New Liberty Baptist Church and a member of the IBEW Electrical Union in Chattanooga, TN. Mr. Clore was an avid wood carver. He was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Huey Prince.

Survivors include his wife since 1971, Katie White Clore of Chatsworth, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Crystal and Kevin McNeal of Ellijay, GA; parents, Roy and Blanche Clore of Mineral Bluff, GA; grandchild, Morgan Laney of Ellijay, GA;sisters, Mary Lou Prince of Mineral Bluff, GA and Sharon (Randy) Deal of Copperhill, TN; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, February 25, at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Roy Clore and Rev. Paul Ray Morgan officiating. Music will be provided by Paul Ray and Linda Morgan. Pallbearers will be Randy Deal, Trevis Deal, Morgan Laney, Seth Fox, Doug Stover, and Davin Prince. Honorary Pallbearers will be Gary Ensley, Kevin McNeal, Darrell Fox, Mike Prince, Tyler Long, Tinker Bailey, Laverne Hughes, Richard Riley, and Wayne Pickelsimer. Interment will follow in the Mary Bell Cemetery with a White Dove Memorial Release.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday after 1:00 p.m. but especially from 6-9 p.m. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.akinsfuneralhome.com. Akins Funeral Home of Blue Ridge is in charge of the arrangements.
