Mr. Harold W. Ross, age 77 of Blue Ridge, passed away Monday, January 16, 2012 at Northside Hospital Forsyth.Mr. Ross was born February 21, 1934 in Fannin County, GA to the late John Ross and the late Ada Wilson Ross. He was a member of McCaysville Church Of Christ a US Army Korean Veteran, he enjoyed hunting fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include: wife, Jonnie Rackley Ross, son and daughter in law, Greg (Gwin) Ross, son and daughter in law, Tony (Kara) Ross, son and daughter in law, Timmy (Christina) Ross, brothers, Kenneth Ross, Marion Ross and Robert Ross, sister, Mae Fair, grandchildren, Jennifer Turnquist, Amy Ross, Kevin Ross, Natalie Ross, Nicholas Ross, great grandchildren, Raleigh Turnquist, Noah Turnquist and Lucas Turnquist.

Funeral services: Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at 2:00 pm at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home with Minister Butch Jones, Minister Rick Jones and Minister Keith Richie officiating. Interment will follow in Epworth Baptist Church Cemetery with military rites being conducted by the North Ga. Honor Guard.

The family will receive friends at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge, Tuesday, January 17, 2012 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm.
