Francis Marie Sullivan : Obituary

The Cochran Funeral Home of Blairsville announces services for Mrs. Frances Marie Sullivan, age 88 of Blairsville who passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2011 at Chatuge Regional Nursing Home.
Mrs. Sullivan was born on February 3, 1923 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Andy and Hattie Walker Brummitt. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Blairsville. Her First Love was the Lord and she spent many hours studying the Bible. She enjoyed working in her flowers and she loved to teach young children about the Bible. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 67 years, Raymond Sullivan; her parents; and three brothers, Dole, Marion and Olen Brummitt.

She will be fondly remembered and missed by her family: Son & Daughter-in-Law, Richard & Kathy Sullivan; Grandson, Benjamin Lenderman; Granddaughters, Lisa Lewis and Brittany Sholar; Great Grandson, Saxton Sholar and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 24, 2011 from the Chapel of Cochran Funeral Home of Blairsville with Dr. Fred Lodge and Rev. Stacy Dyer officiating. Interment will be held at a later date in Choestoe Baptist Church Cemetery.

In Lieu of flowers the family suggests donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of Blairsville Building Fund, 296 Blue Ridge St. , Blairsville, Georgia 30512.
