Danny Johnson : Obituary

Danny Ray Johnson, age 62, of Blue Ridge, Georgia, passed away October 19, 2011 following an brief illness.Danny was born January 31, 1949 in Polk, TN to the late Robert Lloyd Johnson and the late Matie Lorine Rose Johnson. He graduated from Copper Basin High School and was employed at the Kennestone Hospital in Marietta Georgia for several years before returning home and going to work at the Life Care Center of Copper Basin. Danny was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Patricia Elaine Hughes.

Survivors include: son, Joshua Paul Johnson, Brother, Barry Johnson, sister, Marie Cardin, and nieces and nephews.

Funeral services: Saturday, October 22, 2011 at 4:00 pm at the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home with the Rev. Ray Johnson officiating. Music provided by: Janice Reid.

Family will meet with family and friends 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
