Linda Lou Bailey : Obituary

Linda Lou Bailey, age 61 of Mineral Bluff, passed away Monday, September 5, 2011 at her home.She was born September 17, 1949 in Polk County, TN to Ed and Lucy Dunn Allen. She was a member of New Liberty Baptist Church. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, she enjoyed spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her father, Ed Allen.

Survivors include: husband; Glenn Bailey, mother; Lucy Allen, son, Tommy Bailey Jr., daughter; Kristin Bailey Tipton, sister; Janice Newton, sister; Joyce Ray, grandson; Zachary Payne, granddaughter; Monica Hicks, granddaughter; Hannah Bailey, granddaughter; Megan Bailey, niece and nephews.

Funeral services: Thursday, September 8, 2011 at 2:00 pm at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Roy Clore, Rev. Dole Davis and Rev. Lloyd Deal officiating. Music provided by: Rev. John Newton, Rev. Grady Ray, Jr. and the Deal Family. Interment will follow in the New Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge, Tuesday, September 06, 2011 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm & Wednesday, September 07, 2011 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm.
