Lisa Ann Deal, age 48, of McCaysville, GA passed away Monday, May 17, 2016 in the Northside Hospital in Atlanta, GA. Mrs. Deal was born in East Point, GA on June 27, 1967. She worked at Kevin Panter Insurance as Human Resources and Marketing Manager. She was an active member, youth teacher/youth leader at Bethel Church and was also a member of the Women’s Mission Group and the Church Choir. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and daughter. She was a dedicated mother who home-schooled her children. She put her love for the Lord and her family were foremost in her life.

She is survived her husband (married June 18, 1988), Troy Deal of McCaysville; children, Bethany Leann (Blake) Satterfield of Cleveland, TN, Caleb Nathaniel Deal, Nathan Benjamin Deal, and Isaac Daniel Deal, all of McCaysville; her mother, Jean T. Hawkins of Copperhill, TN; and a grandchild, Brock Owen Satterfield.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, May 19, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. from Bethel Church with Rev. Doug Payne officiating. Music will be by the Bethel Church Choir, Benny and T.C. Pickelsimer, Rick Curtis, Haley Ensley, Stephanie Ensley, and Raven Welch. Pallbearers Matt Curtis, Josh Curtis, Johnny Lee Ledford, Jeremy Smith, Jackson Ledford, Nathan Hyatt, and Jerrod Curtis. Honorary pallbearers will be Members of the Bethel Youth Group. Interment will follow in Bethel Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 5:00-9:00 p.m. Donations in memory of Mrs. Deal may be made to the Lisa Deal Memorial Scholarship Fund c/o United Community Bank.
