Multiple times, every wrestler we had faced tough opponents. This is the reason we go to open tournaments. Ultimately, our students will face better competition that will make them better in the long run and prepare them for high school.”

The Dragons Junior Wrestling Club and Fannin Rebel Wrestling also left an impact on the tournament.

Dragon Landon Poole won both the 8U 60 and 64-pound weight classes. Rebel McCay Turner placed second in the 14U 100-pound weight class and third in the 14U 95, while Landon Galloway placed third in the 14U 85-90 weight class.
