The Fannin County High School Rebels and Lady Rebels basketball teams hosted the Knights of Robbinsville. Fannin fell in both games as the Lady Rebels could not puncture the Knights armor, and lost in overtime 41-36. The boys’ team lost 46-40.

The Fannin County High School Rebels wrestling team hosted the first dual meets of the season, and of new head coach, Joshua Snider’s career. The Rebels were able to split 1-1, as Fannin fell to Gainesville, 42-33 in the first match of the day; however, Fannin bounced back, as the Rebels rose over Murphy 42-39.
