Robert Lee Davis, age 49 of Blue Ridge GA, passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, GA. He was born on July 14, 1967 in Copperhill, TN. Robert worked for Long Construction Company. He was of the Baptist Faith. Robert was preceded in death by his step-father, Charles Dills.

Survivors are his mother, Shirley Hughes Dills of Blue Ridge, GA; father, Bobby Lee Davis; daughter, Beverly Cook of Woodstock, GA; brothers, Glence Allen Davis of Elliay, GA, Steve Christopher Davis of Mineral Bluff,GA and Edward Flandio Ritchie of Blairsville, GA; sister, Lisa Renee Brown of Morganton, GA and four grandchildren, Rafael Andr’s Cook, Abriana Marie Cook, David Isiah Long and Tyler Landon Colletti.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. from the Akins of Blue Ridge Chapel with Bill Kendall officiating. Music will be by Jessica Brown. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening, April 11, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. The family request in lieu of flowers memorial contributions in memory of Robert Lee Davis may be made to help defray final expenses.
