Mr. Charles Floyd Green, age 40, of Chatsworth, GA passed away Saturday, May 21, 2016 at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, GA. He was born in Union County on September 11, 1975 to the late Charles Neal and Mary Panter Green. He was worked for Pickens County Sheriff’s Office as a Police Officer and was of the Baptist faith. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Diane Porter.

He is survived by his wife, Rhonda Darby Green of Canton; daughter, Chelsea Green of Blue Ridge; sisters and brothers-in-law, Judy and Charles Payne of Chatsworth and Charlotte and Mike Chastain of Mineral Bluff; and many other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be conducted Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins Funeral Home Chapel of Blue Ridge. Rev. Darvin Couch will officiate.
