Dickie Allen Adams, age 59 of McCaysville, passed away on Monday, September 21, 2015 at his home. He was born on Monday, April 9, 1956 in Vanceburg, KY to the late Grant and Annie Lori Cooley Adams. He had worked as a mechanic and in a service station.

Survivors are spouse, Kelly Fay Robersion of McCaysville, GA; sons, Perry Thomas Chinn of McCaysville, GA and Timothy Dale Robersion of McCaysville, GA; daughters, Christina Robersion of McCaysville, GA and Melinda Adams of McCaysville, GA; brother, Kenneth Ray Adams of Vanceburg, KY; sisters, Linda Toller of Vanceburg, KY, Geneva Adams of Vanceburg, KY and Sue Lykins of Vanceburg, KY and fifteen grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. from the Akins of Copperhill Chapel with Rev. Kevin Chapman officiating. Interment will follow in the Shady Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to help defray final expenses.
