Notice of Special Called Council Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Called Council meeting of the COUNCIL of the CITY OF Blue Ridge will be held at City Hall, 480 West First Street, Blue Ridge, GA on Monday September 21, 2015 at 10:00 AM.

This meeting was called by Council Members Angie Arp and Rodney Kendall for the purpose of holding a special called meeting to have an executive session by Angie Arp, Rodney Kendall and Bruce Pack to discuss with their legal counsel pending litigation and being the lawsuit of Ada Street, LLC vs. Angie Arp et al., and matters related to said lawsuit.
