Fire Report

August 2, 2015    Bear Rd

Dispatched: 1849  Arrived: 1856  Cleared: 2148

Fannin County Fire Department responded to the report of a structure fire.  Firefighters arrived to find a 2 story structure fully involved with flames  through the roof and a small brush fire. Engine 1 arrived on scene and deployed 2 1 3/4″ attack lines and 1 booster line to bring fire under control.  Brush fire was brought under control and firefighters began a defensive attack  on the structure. All hot spots were extinguished and all personnel cleared  the scene. Local and state investigators are investigating the cause of the fire.
