Mrs. Cecile L Penfold, age 89 of Mineral Bluff, passed away August 5, 2014 at Heritage Health Care Of Blue Ridge.Mrs. Penfold was born October 13, 1924 in Knoxville, TN to the late Claude Vernon Hall, Sr. and the late Fannie Bell Crigger Hall. She was preceded in death by her husband Eric Penfold, brothers, Carl and Claude Hall in addition to her parents.

Survivors include: stepson, Roy Penfold and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial service: Sunday, August 31, 2014 at 1:00 pm at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home with Dr. John Sadler officiating .
